The Wheeling Community Consolidated School District 21 experience will give you an opportunity to learn in a large northwestern Chicago suburban school district. The district encompasses five communities with a variety of diversity which you will experience throughout the year.
Located in the Southwest corner of Cook County, the schools have a diverse population with 25 percent limited English-speaking students. This PDS model provides experiences in elementary and bilingual settings. The partnership with Wheeling District 21 was established in 1995 making it our longest running PDS program. It has served as a model in many ways for our subsequent PDS partners.
