LiveText student account expiration information

Students are able to see their LiveText membership expiration dates on the My Account page. Your account is good for five years from your date of registration. The following explains the notification schedule:

• A reminder message displayed upon login beginning 30 days prior to expiration and remaining active until the renewal process has been completed.
• Email messages will be sent 30 days and 15 days prior to the membership's expiration date. To ensure you receive these notifications, please check to be sure your university email address is valid by visiting the My Account page.
• If no action has been taken, an email will be sent the day after the expiration date letting the user know that the account has expired. Users will not be able to access their accounts unless it has been renewed. The cost to renew your subscription on a year to year basis is $25 and can be renewed on the My Account Page.
